From the Heart

From the heart

As we begin a fresh new year with new intentions, it’s a beautiful moment to reassess where we are coming from and pour new love into our future selves. I’ve never been one for online platforms, but with this digital era, its become hard to avoid. SO as I step into 2026 with you, I want to set the intention of sharing more of myself with the world, because how can anyone benefit when no one knows who you are, right?

The heart in Chinese medicine is the emperor or keeper of the mind. We cannot step forward in life without the heart in mind. A friend said to me the other day that when I walk, I walk with my head forward and then my body follows. That information changed everything. Now I walk with my heart forward, and my body is in alignment. I couldn’t be more grateful. When we start mornings with gratitude, the rest of the day seems to be bright and forever giving. Remember, we are here to experience this life from the soul perspective.

What are your intentions for 2026? How will you show up for yourself? If every day were a new year, what would you want to get out of it? The last few years have certainly tested us all, only to awaken in us the potential we have lying dormant beneath the surface. The sleeping dragon amidst the chaos, just waiting for you to recognise your own power. In Chinese astrology ,the coming year is the year of the fire horse. A year for running forwards, investing in yourself, and bringing yourself to your full potential.

Let's be brave, positiv,e and courageous, embody the world we want to see and inspire those around us to do the same. The year of the snake has shed its skin and revealed the shiny new being beneath, ready to face the world. Let's take a moment to check in with our foundations, our support team and how we show up for ourselves. With the coming intensity and change, now is the time to set intention, review where we have been and what can be done to ensure we land on our feet running forwards.

Always with love

Shana
