Acupuncture & Kinesiology

When your body won't shift...its not just physical

Ever felt like you're just repeating the same patterns over and over? The same struggles, relationship patterns or physical pains in the same places that just keep coming back? Your body remembers what you don't; it stores the memory of past events in your nervous system, muscle memory or energetic body. By using kinesiology and acupuncture, your body can potentially move these stored patterns.

Acupuncture and Kinesiology

Drawing on the Chinese medicine meridian system and muscle testing, this interactive therapy works with the energetic body to explore deeper patterns that may be holding you back. Acupuncture and body awareness support a process of release, regulation and change.

Theraputic bodywork and kinesiology

Combining massage, intuitive bodywork and kinesiology muscle testing, this treatment works with areas of tension and stuck energy within the meridian system. By bringing awareness to the deeper patterns held in the body, it supports a process of release, energetic balance and deeper connection with yourself

Shana Tinker B.H.Sci

Qualified acupuncturist and remedial massage therapist. Studied somatic therapy, women's health, kinesiology, yoga teaching, Qi Gong, and counselling.

My personal journey started many years ago when I came down with a virus and didn't get better. After developing fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue (ME), and post-viral symptoms, I went to see an acupuncturist who inspired me to shift my course in life and understand my body from a different perspective. I realised that by getting to the root cause instead of the band-aid approach, I learnt how to live in alignment with my whole being and finally heal. No more self-sacrificing, questioning blindly or feeling unfulfilled. The body and mind are deeply connected; when the body shifts, so does the mind, and this has a cascading effect on our whole lives.
